Adrian Lewis

Adrian has more than 20 years’ experience as an insurance lawyer and has specialised in financial lines for the majority of his career. He has acted for both local and international insurers, as well as a wide range of insured professionals.

Adrian’s extensive professional indemnity expertise includes defending claims against various professionals and directors and officers, alongside providing advice on coverage, liability, and claim strategy.

Adrian is experienced in advising on defamation claims and defending actions brought by former employees against their employers for unfair or wrongful dismissal or contraventions of general protections provisions under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). He has also managed the defence of numerous anti-discrimination complaints before both the Queensland and Australian Human Rights Commissions.
