Throughout 2012 our training brand, Elevista Interactive Learning, continued to provide interactive workshops to members of the insurance and risk management industries on how to manage and limit their exposure to social media risks.
To further this training focus, we conducted an online survey to gain a better understanding of the views of brokers, underwriters, executives and others and their experience in dealing with social media risks in the course of their daily activities.
