Thalia is an Associate in our Insurance and Health team and is based in the Perth office.
Thalia specialises in:

Her clients include insurers, employers, hospitals, self-insureds, medical defence organisations, and local governments.

Thalia has experience in a number of high profile Inquiries and investigations, including the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety and the Inquiry into the City of Perth. She also assisted in a high profile class action regarding the Parkerville bushfires, which occurred in Perth’s hills in January 2014.
Additionally, Thalia advises on workers’ compensation, seafarers’ compensation and motor injury insurance claims.
Thalia has appeared in the Coroner’s Court, Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court of Western Australia as well as the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in most jurisdictions of Australia.
Thalia holds a Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Commerce and was admitted to practice in 2015. She is also a member of the Law Society WA.
