“I understand how stressful legal proceedings or inquiries must be for a practitioner. I ensure that I take an empathetic approach to assist the practitioner to construct a factual and professional response to an inquiry or claim against them. I have first-hand insight of the enormous amount of pressure placed upon front-line health care workers, and in particular tertiary medical officers, therefore I can understand and empathise with the ramifications that may arise out of such inquiries or claims. It is a privilege and a pleasure to be able to assist medical professionals through what would be considered as one of the most stressful and unnerving events in their professional careers.”
‘I always envisaged finding a cross road for both qualifications and feel privileged to be able to assist my ‘own’ (previous colleagues) to defend claims and provide responses to statutory inquiries.’
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Bachelor of Nursing and Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Paediatrics).
