Rachael is a Senior Associate in our Family Law team and is based in the Melbourne office.

Rachael has practiced predominately in family law since 2011 and has practiced exclusively in the area since 2015. Rachael has significant experience practicing in all areas of family law including:
- Property Settlements
- Children and parenting matters
- Family Violence matters
- Child support arrangements.
She has a particular interest in complex property matters, involving corporate interests, trusts and valuations and complex parenting matters.
Rachael represents a variety of clients and enjoys working with them to understand and meet their individual needs.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Law Council of Australia and Victorian Women Lawyers. Rachael is a volunteer with the Women's Legal Service advice line. She also enjoys mentoring law students and currently participates in the Law Institute of Victoria’s mentoring program.
