Natasha Farr

Natasha Farr is a Special Counsel in our Insurance & Health team and is based in our Brisbane office.

She specialises in coverage and defence in the areas of:

• Professional indemnity (including construction)
• Financial lines
• D&O

Natasha’s particular focus is insurance litigation and commercial disputes. She defends professional negligence claims against solicitors, barristers, and professionals in the financial and building and construction industries, and acts in the defence of claims against directors and officers. Natasha advises on complex coverage disputes.

Natasha assists professionals, directors, and officers to respond to investigations, examinations, inquiries, and disciplinary proceedings.

Natasha is included in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers of Australia in legal malpractice litigation and insurance law.
