Jane de Saint Simon

Jane is a Special Counsel in our Insurance & Health team and is based in our Sydney office.

Jane has 19 years’ experience in insurance practice and specialises in:

• Public liability
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Institutional abuse

Prior to joining BN, Jane worked in a number of mid-tier and boutique insurance defendant firms where she handled abuse matters for NSW government agencies, and acted for other NSW government agencies in defending public liability claims, bullying claims and claims for statutory recoveries.

Over the course of her career Jane has acted for schools, nursing homes, allied health professionals, occupiers of residential and commercial buildings, contractors, small businesses and sole traders, real estate agents, security companies and hotels.
