Jaimee-Lee is a solicitor in our Insurance & Health team and is based in the Brisbane office.
Acting for insurers and self-insureds, Jaimee-Lee has practised predominately in insurance law since her admission, dealing with a range of matters in the areas of public liability, workers compensation and professional indemnity. She has a particular interest in health law and medical negligence (including event medicine), and has experience dealing with a broad range of issues in this sphere – including making submissions to OHO and AHRPA, advising on privacy issues, liability and quantum, and generally assisting in the progression of claims through to resolution.
Jaimee-Lee has appeared in the Queensland Magistrates Court and Supreme Court.
Jaimee-Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) and Bachelor of Arts (Distinction), and has completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She is a member of YIPS.
