Emma specialises in health law and medical negligence. She advises on liability, indemnity, and risk management as well as handling high-value and sensitive claims.

Emma has extensive experience in medical negligence defence, health investigations, including Root Cause Analysis and Part 6 Clinical Reviews, applications for treatment orders, Medicare audits, and coronial investigations. She also has in significant litigation experience including successful appeals to the High Court.

Emma acts for medical defence organisations, private hospitals, and healthcare facilities, as well as individual practitioners across a wide range of specialties.
