Emma is an associate in our Wills & Estates team, and is located in the Brisbane office. She joined Barry.Nilsson. in September 2018.

Having worked exclusively in Wills & Estates since her admission in 2014, Emma has experience in all aspects of:
- Estate planning
- Deceased Estates and Estate Litigation
- Guardianship and Elder Law
She also has experience in commercial law, property law, conveyancing and retail shop/commercial leasing.
With a diverse range of clients, Emma’s particular area of interest is handling complex estate administration matters, such as Family Provision Applications, removal of Executors, informal Wills, Will construction Applications, foreign grants/reseals of probate, issues with testamentary capacity and validity of Wills.

Emma has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is a committee member of Queensland Young Lawyers, and a member of the Fortitude Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Queensland Law Society.
