Amalie was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Laws with first class Honours. She has practiced exclusively in family law for over five years.
She assists clients in all areas of family and relationship law including children’s matters, property disputes and agreements, child support and family and domestic violence matters. Amalie has extensive experience in representing clients in court matters in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia.
As a result of being raised within a family of small business owners in North Queensland, Amalie has a strong sense of business acumen and applies a commercial and pragmatic approach to negotiation and mediation when assisting clients with their financial and property matters.
