CTP expert bolsters Barry.Nilsson.’s award-winning insurance & health practice

Top tier insurance and health law firm, Barry.Nilsson. is continuing to expand its national expertise with the appointment of a new principal and highly regarded CTP specialist, Fiona Brady.

Ms Brady joins the Adelaide office and brings more than 25 years’ experience to the firm’s flagship insurance and health law division.

Highly regarded in the CTP space, Ms Brady has a strong reputation in time limitation, nervous shock and catastrophic injury matters, as well as hospital-based medical negligence matters and coronial enquiries.

“Barry.Nilsson. has an outstanding reputation in the market, and I am excited to join such a well respected national Insurance & Health Team,” Ms Brady said.

Ms Brady has been recognised in the prestigious Doyle’s Guide since 2016, including as a preeminent defendant CTP lawyer in South Australia in the 2018 edition which was released in November.

South Australian Principal, Bronwyn Ackland, commented: “We have already achieved a strong reputation in the market for CTP, and Fiona’s specialist expertise dovetails perfectly with our Adelaide offering.”

Barry.Nilsson. Managing Director, Don Leembruggen, said the appointment of Ms Brady reflected the firm’s focus on recruiting talented and client-centric practitioners.

“Fiona has a glowing reputation in the industry for her specialist CTP knowledge, as well as the high level of service she provides to her clients,” Mr Leembruggen said.

“She’s a natural fit for Barry.Nilsson., and we’re thrilled to welcome her to our Adelaide team.”

Barry.Nilsson.’s insurance and health team was recently recognised in the annual Doyle’s Guide listings, with 29 individual solicitor listings and 14 firm listings across six insurance law categories, including as a leading CTP law firm in two states.
