Insurance Law Review 2019
Join us at BN's premier annual learning event to discuss the changing customer and business expectations in claims handling and governance issues in the contemporary insurance environment.
Those in the insurance industry are already conscious that technology and changing social and cultural trends are global disruptors for our sector. Technology, and the demands of customer mobility, are driving change in the industry and the way we do business, both here and overseas.
Add to that the changing landscape of claims handling and litigation, in particular the rise of class actions, the prevalence of catastrophic claims and the fallout from the recent Financial Services Royal Commission, and the industry may find itself confronting a perfect storm.
So, what does the future hold for insurance claims professionals? And what are the opportunities and challenges confronting the insurance claims workspace of the future?
BN's Rob Samut will be joined by an impressive line up of industry experts to explore and explain the issues confronting claims professionals in the future, in an ever changing work and claims environment. Meet our speakers below!
Following the formalities, attendees are invited to continue the conversation over a glass of wine and canapes.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2019 Barry.Nilsson. Insurance Law Review.
