The firm commenced practising in all areas of succession law in 2014, including estate planning, administration and dispute resolution. Leveraging off our existing client base and both internal and external contacts, we have grown a complete wills & estates service that we are proud of.
Our wills & estates practice forms part of our personal client services offering, which is predominantly family law. Our highly renowned family law team was named 'First Tier' family law firm, the highest level for any family law firm in Queensland, in the 2016, 2015 and 2014 Doyle's Guide to Family Law firms. The section is headed up by 5 highly respected Partners and is recognised in the industry for providing quality advice, outcomes and service.
Due to the relocation of a senior member of the team, we are seeking a motivated succession practitioner to lead our wills & estates team and drive the practice going forward. The ideal applicant will require extensive experience in all aspects of succession law. Experience with trusts and trusts disputes is desirable. Excellent supervisory and mentoring skills are a must, as this position will assist in recruiting a skilled Solicitor for the team. Specialist Accreditation in Succession Law will be highly regarded.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior practitioner to walk into an established practice and leverage off that to take the team to the next level.
