Our approach to transactional matters such as leasing is a no frills approach. We understand that our role is to facilitate and close deals with first class documents, hence providing you with the confidence that once the commercial deal is done at your end you know from a legal perspective it will be put to bed quickly with minimum fuss.

Our quoted fixed fees do not carry a lot of fat. All we ask is that if the commercial goal posts move, or we encounter a difficult tenant/tenant’s lawyer, then you are prepared to negotiate with us about a reasonable increase in fees.

We are on the Local Buy Panel for Legal Services so local councils and government entities will also receive the benefit of reduced fixed fees and hourly rates offered by us under the Legal Services Contract BUS 207-0111. Barry.Nilsson. Lawyers is on the Local Buy Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Legal Services. This means that local councils and other government entities can purchase from us directly without having to call for tenders or multiple quotes to comply with the Local Government Act 2009.

This saves you time and money and engaging us is as simple as providing a purchase order number and quoting Local Buy Contract No. BUS 207-0111.
