Sophie has been with Barry.Nilsson. Lawyers for three years and practises exclusively in our Family Law team.
Sophie provides advice across all areas of family law, including: divorce, property settlements, parenting matters and child support. Sophie’s experience and determination to excel in negotiation, mediation and advocacy, means she has the necessary skills to progress and finalise each and every matter in a timely manner making the experience positive for her clients.
Sophie’s expertise extends to assisting clients who require protection order applications to be made or defended in local Magistrates Courts.
With a strong emphasis on achieving a practical resolution, Sophie’s interpersonal skills allow her to approach every matter with empathy and integrity in order to ensure that clients are listened to and satisfied with the outcome.
Sophie has a Bachelor of Business and Laws and is a keen volunteer at the Women’s Legal Service.
