Sally Cooper
Sally has practised exclusively in Family Law for approximately 6 years and is a Senior Associate within our Family Law team.
Sally's down to earth approach allows her to identify realistic and practical avenues for resolving issues which is a skill highly valued by her clients. Should litigation arise, Sally is very experienced in conducting family law matters in all Courts.
Sally has developed a specialisation in advising clients in same-sex relationships on matters of both property & parenting. She also has a particular interest in complex property matters and drafting financial agreements.
Sally has authored the update of the Marriage & Divorce section of the 10th edition of the Queensland Law Handbook. Sally is also an active volunteer at the LGBTI Legal Service.
