Insurance PA
We're currently seeking an intermediate level personal assistant to join our formidable insurance team. This role has been created as we've recently recruited new solicitors to meet growing client demands.
We have one of the State's largest insurance practices and our lawyers handle complex and challenging work for the biggest names in the industry.
The role will report to 2 solicitors and will include:
- dictaphone typing and amendments;
- file management - opening/closing files and filing;
- drafting basic letters;
- client liaison;
- monthly billing and reporting; and
- general secretarial support.
Ideally we're seeking an intermediate level PA with experience in defendant insurance matters. We need someone who will hit the ground running by offering good support to our team. In taking on this role, you will enjoy the benefit of state of the art resources and a competitive salary.
